    Typically we do not offer discounts, however, if you are facing a financial burden and paying for a restoration service would cause grief please reach out to our office and we can discuss what options you have and if there is anything we can do to help.
  • Why Are My Wood Floors Cupping?
    If your wooden floors have began raising and cupping this is likely due to water damage. If you are dealing with water damaged floors and have not located the source of water please contact a plumber to first stop the leak. Then leave it to us to fix the damage!

    The procedure can be quite different in every instance, especially involving insurance. It may take weeks or even months to get the claim approved. Then following the approval, again it could take months for the complete restoration work, including rebuilds, to get started due to some items being on backorder. Therefore, planning that allows for such delays is crucial to the smooth completion of the project.
  • What should I do to prepare my property before your team arrives?
    If there is any kind of water emergency, firstly it is important to locate the water supply to the property and turn it off. Ensure your family and loved ones are safe, and items at risk should also be moved away from the affected area or water.   • Can you restore sentimental items like photos, documents, or keepsakes?
    While some item could be restored some items may be risky to restore. Depending on the item and the damage it went through restoration could vary Contact your project manager or contents team to see if there is anything that we could do. it is always important to realize that sentimental items should stay with the property owner inorder to ensure it stays safe
  • What is the process for inventorying and cataloging items removed from the property?
    The process of inventorying and cataloging is one in which pictures of the item are taken with very explicit descriptions. Items are then labeled in an organized fashion to track any particular item with exact identity for storage. This scrupulous inventory process helps facilitate the workflow of restoration and the safely returning of items back to their place.
  • How long will my rebuild take?*
    Duration may be adjusted according to the definitions in the insurance agreement, whether self-funded, fast track choice selected, and items on back order will be available.
  • Does Covenant have to do my rebuild?*
    No we do not! There are many other rebuild companies, its up to you to find the right fit.
